Project Descriptions: EduStream

EduStream

EduStream is a digital repository that partners with content vendors to provide quality, ADA compliant educational media for the benefit of faculty, staff, and students.

Faculty and staff are able to link educational media into their course management systems where students are then able to view them during the online course. Learning objects are also available to provide a more interactive learning experience and increased academic rigor.

Some key facts about EduStream:

  • 3000+ ADA compliant educational videos
  • All proprietary content are captioned
  • Free to all California Community Colleges
  • Seamless integration into any Course Management System (Blackboard,
    Moodle, Angel, etc.)
  • Four 24/7 live Web-streaming channels (more can be added as needed)
  • Ability for Faculty and Staff to upload their own educational content and share with students and other faculty within their respective institutions.
  • Faculty and Staff are also able to create an unlimited number of custom playlists which they can add proprietary content or their own self-made content
